Fix DerivedCoreProperties unit test. Now all unit tests pass!
Update the character database while we need to modify the modules anyway
and fix up some parsing problems in the perl scripts generating the
modules while doing so.

Babylon work over:
* Use iconv to convert characters to/from Babylon
* Updtae to Unicode Version 4.0
* Added unit tests (some fail for now, still need to work on that)
* Removed the VisualTextBuffer from the CommandKit: I still like the idea,
unfortunately it won't work out in the real world:-|
* Updated code to the changed Babylon interfaces whereever needed.

* Fixes for GCC 3.x: Mostly prepending std::
In addition I changed one strstream with stringstream. From what I read
on the web that's supported by gcc 2.95.3 (it definitly is in debian's
gcc-2.95.4). If it breaks something for you, hit me;-)
* Regenerated the blocks to fix them up for gcc 3.x. I used the Unicode
3.2 data to regenerate them, so this is a upgrade too.
