- Hitting ESC on desktop should now exit server cleanly (no inf-loops/crashes)
- Hitting Ctrl-C on controlling terminal of server should now exit it cleanly
- On exiting cleanly, server references are unpublished
=> Closes bug82 and bug126

Store server IOR in FRESCO_DISPLAY environment variable.
Change methods to accept empty string as meaning default action (which
will now be lookup FRESCO_DISPLAY first and try nameserver/FrescoServer
second.)

Last part of Neil's patch for bug80. See new -R -I and -i options. Folks
without a working NameService should be redirected to the -R ior option
which will with out of the box. Multiple servers are supported with the
-i option.

*First part* of patch for bug 80. This refactors the servers' IOR
publishing code and adds options to the client. -ORBInitRef is no
longer supported, use "-R ior -I stdin" instead.

Blank file to allow neiljp to use cvs diff. This will be the home of the
resolve server routines for Fresco.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
